BH Cosmetics - Horrible Shipping
I purchased a few items off of the BH Cosmetics website on 6/9/17 and the order processed through my bank account right away. Immediately I received an email confirming my order with my order number.
I waited exactly one week and I never received an email stating that my order had shipped. I called customer service and they told me that by the next day (6/17/17) I should receive that email. I ended up receiving the email later that evening stating that my order was ALMOST ready to be shipped, but that it hadn't shipped just yet. The FedEx label was created but the package hadn't be processed.
I decided to wait over the weekend to see if the shipping information would update but by Monday the next week (6/19/17), the information was still the same and my package still hadn't been shipped out of California. I called customer service yet again and explained the issue. They told me that by the next day (6/20/17) the information would be updated and my package would be shipped. Not even 10 minutes after I hung up with customer service did I check the tracking information and the package had shipped out of California.
I felt as though it had to take me to call customer service and complain not once but TWICE for them to process my order and have it shipped. Would the information of updated had I not called? I've ordered from the BH Cosmetics website only once before back in November 2016 and I don't remember having an issue with the shipping.
I'm excited about the products I purchased but I really hope they're worth the wait. If I ever decide to purchase BH Cosmetics products again, it will most likely be through Ulta and most definitely not be from the website
